GAME LOG

119 yards in loss Walker compiled 12 rushes for 119 yards and hauled in all two targets for zero yards during Saturday's 30-24 loss against Arizona.
Impact With Evan Pryor (ankle) out, Walker led the Bearcats' backfield and performed very well in that role. He rushed for nearly 120 yards on just 12 carries, thanks in large part to a 54-yard run. It's the first time this season he's rushed for over 100 yards and just the second time he's gained over 100 yards from scrimmage. If Pryor remains out versus BYU, Walker would be set to lead the backfield again.

Leads backfield in Saturday's loss Walker tallied seven carries for 67 yards during Saturday's 45-14 defeat to Utah.
Impact With Evan Pryor (ankle) out, Walker was set to lead the Bearcats' backfield Saturday. He led the team in rushing attempts and rushing yards, but with the Bearcats falling down early, the team quickly abandoned the run game. He ended with a solid 67 yards, but it was a disappointing outing considering Pryor was out.

Finds end zone Saturday Walker had 19 rushes for 84 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 41-20 victory versus Baylor.
Impact Walker led the Bearcats backfield Saturday, leading the team with a season-high 19 carries. He gained 102 total yards and scored his fifth touchdown of the season, a one-yard rush which opened the scoring in the first quarter. He still split carries with Evan Pryor, who left the game in the fourth quarter with an injury. If Pryor is forced to miss any time with that injury, Walker could be in for an even bigger workload.

Quiet versus UCF Walker compiled eight carries for 31 yards and reeled in their only target for five yards during Saturday's 20-11 victory against UCF.
Impact Walker was out-carried and out-rushed by Evan Pryor Saturday and only totaled 36 yards in the win. It was a disappointing outing for him after three consecutive good performances. He faces a very favorable matchup Saturday at Oklahoma State so he should be able to bounce back even if Pryor out-carries him again.
OCTOBER 12 • ROTOWIRE
89 yards versus Iowa State Walker had 14 carries for 89 yards during Saturday's 38-30 victory against Iowa State.
Impact Walker rushed for a season-high 89 yards in Saturday's win, but he was outshined by his backup Evan Pryor. Although Walker had more carries than Pryor, Pryor gained 22 more yards and scored two rushing touchdowns in the upset win. The Bearcats backfield is looking like more of a split now, but Walker is still the better option of the two.

Cincinnati uses fast start to take down No. 14 Iowa State 38-30

Brendan Sorsby passed for 214 yards and two touchdowns, Evan Pryor ran for 111 yards and two TDs and Cincinnati used a 17-point first quarter to beat No. 14 Iowa State 38-30

Scores twice in Saturday's win Walker totaled 18 carries for 73 yards and two touchdowns and reeled in 1 of 2 targets for four yards during Saturday's 37-34 victory versus Kansas.
Impact Walker scored a pair of rushing touchdowns Saturday, including a two-yard rushing touchdown to take the lead with less than 30 seconds left in the game. He had a season-high 18 carries and gained a season-high 73 yards. He established himself as the clear number one back ahead of Evan Pryor, and that was especially prominent in Saturday's back-and-forth contest. He faces a difficult matchup versus Iowa State next.

Scores twice in blowout Walker had six carries for 66 yards and one touchdown and reeled in all two targets for 23 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 70-0 victory over Northwestern State.
Impact Walker only had eight touches in Saturday's blowout win, but he made the most of those opportunities against the weak opponent. He scored a pair of touchdowns in the first half, his first two scores of the season. Although he is the Bearcats' clear number one back, he has not had the most productive start to the season so it's difficult to take too much away from a good performance versus an FCS team.
SEPTEMBER 16 • ROTOWIRE
Quiet in Saturday's win Walker notched 11 rushes for 32 yards and reeled in their only target for negative two yards during Saturday's 34-20 victory against Bowling Green.
Impact Walker once again led the Bearcats' rushing attack Saturday, but he was unable to turn those opportunities into production. He averaged less than three yards per carry on his 11 attempts and lost yards on his only reception. He should be able to get going Saturday versus Northwestern State, but his lack of production thus far is still concerning.

Leads rushing attack in opener Walker notched seven rushes for 53 yards and gathered in their only target for negative four yards during Thursday's 20-17 defeat against Nebraska.
Impact Walker did not have many opportunities Thursday, but he still lead the Bearcats' in rushing attempts and yards. He split time primarily with Evan Pryor who rushed five times for 29 yards, and quarterback Brenan Sorsby took up a lot of rushing attempts with 13. It appears that Walker will be the Bearcats' first option at running back, but he will still be splitting time.
AUGUST 29 • ROTOWIRE
Listed as co-starter Walker is listed as a co-starter for the Bearcats' upcoming game Thursday against Nebraska, Neil Meyer of The Front Office News reports.
Impact Cincinnati's team may mark Walker's third Power Conference school, but he may not get an immediate opportunity to carry a run game like he did with Oklahoma and Wisconsin. He and fellow co-starter Evan Pryor both logged excellent seasons, with Walker's including 190 carries for 864 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Commits to Bearcats Walker has committed to joining Cincinnati for the 2025 season, Chris Hummer of 247Sports.com reports.
Impact Walker joins the Bearcats after spending one year with Wisconsin. The senior running back totaled 190 carries for 864 yards and 10 touchdowns across 11 games during the 2024 season.

Enters transfer portal Walker will enter the transfer portal, per Pete Nakos of On3.com.
Impact Walker will hit the portal again after rushing for 864 yards and 10 touchdowns on 190 carries during his lone season at Wisconsin. He will have on year of eligibility remaining for whichever program he ends up at.
DECEMBER 24, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Stuffed in season-ending loss Walker recorded 14 rushes for 36 yards and gathered in all two targets for negative two yards during Friday's 24-7 defeat versus Minnesota.
Impact Walker was held below 50 rushing yards for just the second time this season as the Badgers offense stumbled its way through Friday's rivalry matchup. The Oklahoma transfer provided a real spark to Wisconsin's offense midway through the year before fading down the stretch, as he failed to eclipse 60 rushing yards in four of the final five games. However, this was largely because of the team's woeful run blocking and overall incompetence on offense over that final stretch. Walker finishes his final collegiate season with career-highs across the board, tallying 190 carries for 864 yards and 10 touchdowns across 11 games.
DECEMBER 1, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Tallies 14 carries in blowout loss Walker accrued 14 carries for 55 yards during Saturday's 44-25 defeat to Nebraska.
Impact Walker logged fewer than 60 rushing yards for the third time in the last four games. After the Badgers' rushing game looked like it got back on track during last week's loss to Oregon, the team was stonewalled against a tough Nebraska defensive front. Walker also coughed up an extremely poor-timed fumble that led to a Nebraska field goal just before the end of the first half. Over the last four games, Walker has averaged 18.0 carries for 65.8 yards while tallying just one touchdown. He'll likely need to play a significant factor in order for the Badgers to knock off the rival Gophers during the regular-season finale Friday.
NOVEMBER 24, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Nears 100 rushing yards in loss Walker accrued 20 rushes for 97 yards and caught 1 of 4 targets for negative one yard during Saturday's 16-13 loss against Oregon.
Impact Walker had a nice bounce back against what has been a tough Oregon defense this season. The 5-foot-9 senior didn't have much room to run, but he continued to find yards after contact and gained extra yards on a number of cutback runs. He also averaged nearly 5.0 yards per carry after totaling 111 rushing yards on 38 carries over the previous two games. Since taking over as RB1 in Week 6, Walker has accumulated 626 yards and seven touchdowns on 124 carries. With the Badgers firing offensive coordinator Phil Longo on Sunday, the team will likely need to rely heavily on Walker to keep things afloat while looking to secure a bowl berth over the final two games.
NOVEMBER 17, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Held to 52 yards versus Iowa Walker had 16 carries for 52 yards during Saturday's 42-10 loss to Iowa.
Impact Walker logged less than 60 rushing yards for the second game in a row. The Oklahoma transfer was a key component in the Badgers' offensive resurgence from Week 6 to 8; but, this improvement now appears to have been due in large part to facing a three-game stretch of weak opponents, as the running back has been stonewalled in back-to-back games against a pair of elite defenses. The Badgers' opponent will get significantly harder when they next play versus No. 1-ranked Oregon at Camp Randall on Saturday, Nov. 16.
