Amari Daniels - Touchdown in loss Daniels accrued 13 rushes for 83 yards and one touchdown and gathered in their only target for eight yards during Saturday's 44-20 loss against South Carolina.
Impact Daniels took over the driver's seat after starting running back Le'Veon Moss (knee) was forced to leave the game. The junior running back scored his sixth rushing touchdown of the year on a 56-yard scamper. With Moss set to miss the remainder of the year, he will look to lead the backfield against New Mexico State on Nov. 16.

Marcel Reed - Mixed outing in loss Reed was 18-for-28 passing for 206 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 44-20 defeat versus South Carolina. He also had 16 rushes for 46 yards.
Impact Reed was named the starter for this matchup over Conner Weigman and although he finished with his highest passing total of the year, he also threw his first interception of this campaign. The freshman quarterback is yet to be named the starter for the upcoming matchup against New Mexico State following the team's bye week.

Impact Bussey moved from defensive back to wideout earlier this season, but he may see some time at tailback given the Aggies' quickly shrinking tailback rotation. The true freshman has proven to be a versatile piece that the coaching staff clearly has plenty of trust in, and since moving to wideout he's caught six passes (on nine targets) for 93 yards.

Le'Veon Moss - Out for 2024 Moss (knee) is out for the remainder of the season, Travis L. Brown of KBTX Sports reports.
Impact This is a tough blow for Moss, who's had a great season as the Aggies' top tailback. Moss ran for 765 yards and 10 touchdowns this season on a healthy 6.3 yards-per-carry. In his absence, Amari Daniels and EJ Smith figure to see more carries.
