Impact Hudson previously returned to practice in July after recovering from knee surgery in January. Despite the former five-star recruit entering fall camp playing catchup, he has reportedly firmly inserted himself in the competition for playing time. The true freshman will be hoping to use his physical gifts to earn his way into an expanded role within the offense.

Coy Eakin - Standing out in practice Eakin was named by head coach Joey McGuire as a standout in the Texas Tech receiver room heading into the 2024 season, per Nathan Giese of LubbockOnline.com.

Impact As the team's leading returning receiver following the departures of Xavier White (NFL) and Jerand Bradley (transfer portal), Eakin was a likely candidate to be in contention for a starting role in 2024, and based on McGuire's comments, he has lived up to expectations. The 6-foot-2 receiver caught 36 passes for 416 yards and two touchdowns for the Red Raiders in 2023 and will be looking to make a bigger impact on the offense heading into 2024.

Impact Douglas transferred in from Florida during the offseason hoping to gain a larger role within the offense, and has apparently gone a long way towards doing so. McGuire's comments indicate that the junior receiver will likely be in contention for one of the starting spots for the Red Raiders heading into 2024. Douglas caught 11 passes for 133 yards and a score in just five games for the Gators in 2023 before suffering a lower leg injury.

During 2022 and 2023, Conyers logged at least 400 yards and one touchdown for ASU's football program.
