Myles Price - TD in back-to-back games Price hauled in four of six targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 27-14 loss at NC State.

Impact Price now has a touchdown in back-to-back games, however, has yet to have that breakout game that was expected from fantasy managers. The Red Raiders' offense has displayed an emphasis on the passing game, yet they've also showed the ability to spread the production around. Price remains their top option at wideout and they'll need some catches from him if they are to compete against Texas next week.

SaRodorick Thompson - Ten touches in loss at NC State Thompson rushed for 39 yards on nine carries while pulling down his only target for 12 yards in Saturday's 27-14 loss at NC State.

Impact Thompson has shared the backfield with Tajh Brooks, however, there's been little production in the run-game. Texas Tech heavily focuses on the passing game and the offense was shut down by the Wolfpack. Texas Tech will open up their conference slate versus Texas next week.

Tahj Brooks - Nine touches in loss at NC State Brooks rushed for four yards on four carries while also snagging five of six targets for 44 yards in Saturday's 27-14 loss at NC State.

Impact Brooks and the Red Raiders' rushing game had no chance against the experienced NC State defense. However, fantasy managers should take notice of how involved Brooks has been in the passing game with 10 catches for 78 yards on 11 targets in his last two games. If he can pair that production with some rushing attempts, he's viable for fantasy line-ups. Texas Tech will host Texas in their Big 12 opener next week.

Donovan Smith - Held in check by tough defense Smith completed 21 of 36 passes for 214 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions to go along with a rushing score in Saturday's 27-14 loss at NC State.

Impact Smith had all kinds of trouble against a stingy Wolfpack defense that completely shut down the Red Raiders' rushing game. After opening the season with four touchdown passes, Smith has went a different direction with just three touchdown passes and five interceptions in his two starts. When Tyler Shough does come back from the collarbone injury, it's not out of the question that he'll get the starting job back. Stay tuned to see who the starting quarterback ends up being against Texas next week.
