Behren Morton - Received X-rays on shoulderMorton (shoulder) received an X-ray for the injury to his non-throwing shoulder, with the tests being inconclusive, per Don Williams of the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal.

ImpactHead coach Joey McGuire indicated that while they don't believe it to be a major injury, there is definitely something there. Morton suffered the injury to his left shoulder during Saturday's game against TCU, exiting the game just before halftime. The junior quarterback has been an impact player for the red Raiders this season, throwing for 2,063 yards and 17 touchdowns to just three interceptions though eight games. His status will be worth monitoring moving forward, with a trip to Iowa State this coming Saturday serving as his next opportunity to return.
