Scores in No. 2 role Mosley caught five of his seven targets for 64 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 39-28 loss to Washington. Impact Mosley fell in as quarterback Payton Thorne's second option at wideout behind sophomore Keon Coleman (nine receptions, 13 targets) after No. 1 receiver Jayden Reed was unable to travel out to Washington while dealing with an undisclosed injury. Though the 6-foot-2 junior did come up with a 26-yard receiving touchdown while seeing his largest overall production of the season, he still finished as the team's third-leading receiver behind tight end Daniel Barker (seven receptions, 10 targets, 69 yards) as Thorne attempted to pass his way out of an early 22-0 deficit against the Huskies. Mosley, who has caught all but two of his 11 targets and has notched a receiving score in every week to start the 2022 campaign, will likely continue to slot in as a consistent supplementary receiver heading into Big Ten play this coming Saturday against Minnesota.
