ImpactThe UAB offense is completely revamping its offense this season outside of the quarterback position. There is opportunity abounding for everybody. Johnson-Sanders made a case for more targets going forward with a 46-yard touchdown in this game. Of course, next week UAB is playing Georgia. It might take another week before we can see if Johnson-Sanders indeed builds on this.

ImpactAs a true freshman in 2020, McBride wowed by rushing for 439 yards and four touchdowns in a mere 47 carries. However, after averaging 9.3 yards per carry last year, he averaged 4.4 yards per carry against an FCS team to open the campaign. Here's hoping it's just offseason rust.
