Titus Mokiao-Atimalala - Out Saturday Mokiao-Atimalala (undisclosed) is listed as out for Saturday's matchup against Minnesota, per UCLA's official team injury report.

Impact Mokiao-Atimalala was previously listed as questionable after missing each of the team's previous three games with an undisclosed injury, but it appears the redshirt junior receiver is not recovered enough to be able to make his return against the Golden Gophers. The former UCF transfer caught four passes for 43 yards for the Bruins through the team's first two games and will be hoping to hasten his recovery in time to return against Rutgers next week.

Martin didn't provide more to the offense with just167 passing yards, but he found Loya for a one-yard touchdown with less than one minute remaining. Loya did not record a target during last week's loss to Oregon, which came one game after a four-catch, one-touchdown outing versus LSU. Even if Garbers returns next week versus Minnesota, it's likely that Loya won't find much success facing a Gophers passing defense that has statistically been one of the best units in the Big Ten this year.

Justyn Martin - Scores late in first start Martin completed 22 of 30 passes for 167 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 27-11 defeat to Penn State. He also had seven rushes for negative nine yards.

Impact Martin had a tough time in his first career start while Ethan Garbers was sidelined with a lower-leg injury. The redshirt sophomore was surprisingly efficient, but the Bruins' passing game was still clearly capped while going up against a stingy Nittany Lions defense. Martin tossed a one-yard touchdown to wideout Logan Loya in the final minute of the game. Garbers returned to practice Monday, according to Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times. But, if he remains sidelined, then Martin should be in line to start again this coming Saturday against Minnesota.
