Kylin James - Two scores FridayJames recorded 13 rushes for 105 yards and two touchdowns during Friday's 50-34 victory over Utah State.

ImpactThe Rebels had no problems running the ball on Utah State's defense, totaling 315 rushing yards as a team with both James and Jai'Den Thomas topping the 100-yard mark. The senior James opened the scoring with a five-yard rush in the first quarter for his second touchdown of the season before adding another with a 22-yard later in the half. While he had just 25 carries for 174 yards in five games prior to Friday, James should see a larger chunk of the workload following Michael Allen's (transfer portal) departure.

Jai'Den Thomas - Leads backfield vs. Utah StateThomas had 17 rushes for 139 yards and a touchdown and reeled in one target for nine yards during Friday's 50-34 victory over Utah State.

ImpactIt was a much-needed breakout game for Thomas, who led the Rebels in touches and yards after not seeing more than eight carries in any of his previous five games this year. Overall, the sophomore is up to 356 all-purpose yards with four touchdowns on the season. Thomas will look to build on Friday's outing next week on the road versus Oregon State.

Jack Hestera - Breaks out vs. UNLVHestera caught 10 of 12 targets for 152 yards and one touchdown during Friday's 50-34 loss versus UNLV.

ImpactHestera wound up surpassing his season highs in receptions and yards with Friday's effort alone -- he came into the day with just six grabs for 95 yards through his first four contests before tying Jalen Royals for the team lead in targets and receptions against UNLV. Hestera should see a sizable role going forward in what's been an ascending Aggies' passing attack.

Jalen Royals - Keeps rolling FridayRoyals hauled in 10 of 12 targets for 155 yards and a touchdown during Friday's 50-34 loss to UNLV.

ImpactRoyals now has at least nine receptions, a touchdown and 100-plus yards in three consecutive games -- he's brought in 29 grabs for 478 yards and four scores in that span. Overall, the senior wideout is up to 646 yards and five touchdowns on 44 receptions this season.

Spencer Petras - Huge day in defeatPetras completed 41 of 59 passes for 461 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions during Friday's 50-34 loss to UNLV. He also had seven rushes for 10 yards.

ImpactWhile his four turnovers were costly, Petras put together a stellar second half Friday with three touchdowns while completing a school-record 41 passes. Overall, the senior quarterback has a 65.4 completion percentage for 1,271 yards, nine touchdowns and six interceptions through four starts this season. Petras and the Aggies will look to snap a five-game losing streak next week at home against New Mexico.

ImpactWhite extended the Rebels' lead to 14-0 in the first quarter with an 18-yard touchdown grab before adding a 31-yard score to cap UNLV's 41-point first half. The senior wideout has been on a tear since Hajj-Malik Williams took over at quarterback -- White now has 27 grabs for 400 yards and five touchdowns in his last three games. He's up to 37 receptions for 526 yards and eight scores on the season.

Hajj-Malik Williams - Another impressive effortWilliams was 13-for-20 passing for 233 yards and three touchdowns during Friday's 50-34 win over Utah State. He also had 14 rushes for 65 yards.

ImpactWilliams continues to shine as UNLV's QB1-- he's now thrown three touchdown passes in each of his three starts while throwing just one interception in that span. Overall, Williams has completed an outstanding 77 percent of his passes for 642 yards this year while adding another 325 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
