Deion Hankins - Back to full speed Hankins has officially made his return to the practice field, Bret Bloomquist of the El Paso Times reports.

Impact Hankins will likely split time with Ronald Awatt as the Roadrunners move towards running by committee. The 6-foot-0 running back had surgery on his injured shoulder over the offseason. Hankins rushed for 458 yards and six touchdowns on 121 attempts last season. Hankins and Awatt split the majority of carries last season as well, with Awatt rushing 158 times for 843 yards.
