ImpactThe sophomore tight end is already one of the best tight ends in the country after a standout performance to start the season. Nesbit reeled in a 25-yard touchdown pass from Drake Maye to put the finishing touch in Saturday's blowout. The tight end leads the Tar Heels in receiving yards after five games with 237. Nesbit has scored in three games this season, the most among Tar Heel receivers.

ImpactWells was unable to get anything going through the air in Saturday's blowout loss. The quarterback did manage to pickup a touchdown with his feet, but he ultimately stifled by the Tar Heel defense. Jason Brown stepped in for the struggling Wells in the fourth quarter, but did not find much offensive success either. Wells has passed for five touchdowns and six interceptions in five games this season.
