Impact Parker will look to build off Week 11, which included his best college performance to date. He finished the game with 11 receptions for 149 yards and two touchdowns against Utah State. While he is on the road at New Mexico, the Lobos have not proven to be so formidable in the ongoing Mountain West season, so perhaps Parker could keep his excellence going.

Impact This isn't all that surprising, as earlier in the week the star freshman tailback was deemed probable. Still, the good news continues for the Cougars here as Parker now appears to be nearly a lock to play against the Lobos. Parker has 103 carries for 595 yards and four touchdowns this fall.

Impact The rushing yardage for the freshman was a season low. But the total actually led the Cougars in rushing yards which illustrated how difficult it was to run against Boise State. Parker could have an easier time running against their next opponent, Fresno State whose run defense is in the middle of the pack in the country.

Chances are there Parker tallied 22 carries for 76 yards and gathered in the only target for one yard during Friday's 54-52 overtime victory versus San Jose State.

Impact Parker had several opportunities against San Jose State, but only averaged 3.5 yards per carry. The freshman is still the number one running back, and he has accumulated 290 rushing yards on 51 carries so far in the first four games. The Cougars take on Boise State on Sept. 28. The Broncos' run defense is in the middle of the pack in the country.

Impact If it wasn't for Cougars quarterback John Mateer, Parker's numbers would be much higher on the ground. He still is leading the school's stable of running backs. The Washington State running game might have a tougher time on Sept. 20 against San Jose State whose run defense is in the top quarter in the country. But the Spartans have not faced quality competition while going undefeated 3-0.
