Tanner Mordecai - Utilizes legs again in win Mordecai was 14-for-22 passing for 145 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during Saturday's 28-14 win against Minnesota. He also had nine rushes for 69 yards.

Impact Mordecai put together perhaps the best performance of his Wisconsin career. The team's coaching staff appeared determined to get the signal-caller more involved as a rusher, calling multiple designed quarterback scrambles and draws on first and second down throughout the game. This helped supplement the running game with No. 2 running back Jackson Acker (undisclosed) sidelined. Mordecai ultimately finished with one of his quietest performances as a passer, totaling his fewest number of passing attempts outside of the Week 7 loss to Iowa, which he exited early due to a fractured bone in his throwing hand. Nevertheless, he wound up throwing multiple touchdowns for the first time this season, tossing touchdown passes of 11 and five yards. His lone interception also came on a last-ditch heave toward the end zone as time expired to end the first half. The break before the Badgers' upcoming bowl game should provide additional time for Mordecai to recover from his hand surgery undergone after Week 7.

Braelon Allen - Rolls downhill in rivalry win Allen totaled 26 carries for 165 yards and two touchdowns and hauled in all three targets for 27 yards during Saturday's 28-14 victory against Minnesota.

Impact Allen came through with his most productive outing of the season during this heated rivalry matchup for the Badgers. The junior running back logged season highs in both rushing yards and receiving yards, including his longest reception of the season with a 24-yard gain off a schemed checkdown pass just before the end of the first half. He then took control to start the second half, as he broke a 50-yard run before plunging into the end zone on a four-yard score on Wisconsin's second drive of the third quarter. Allen was banged up and in and out of the lineup over the back half of the season. But, he still capped off the regular season with over 20 carries in back-to-back games, marking his first time doing so this season. Per Zach Heilprin of 1670AM The Zone Madison, Allen declined to say postgame whether or not this was his last game for the Badgers, leaving his status for the team's upcoming bowl game apparently up in the air.

Will Pauling - Scores in season finale Pauling caught two passes for 19 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 28-14 victory over Minnesota.

Impact Pauling was previously listed as questionable heading into Saturday after suffering a lower leg injury against Nebraska. Though Wisconsin's leading receiver didn't enjoy the volume he grew accustomed to this season, Pauling managed to find the end zone on an 11-yard pass from quarterback Tanner Mordecai in the second quarter. The redshirt sophomore receiver will now have an opportunity to get to 100 percent ahead of Wisconsin's bowl game.
