1. DESCRIPTION: The FOX "2024 NASCAR® Daytona 500 Super 6® Challenge" ("Challenge") is an online professional motorsports prediction challenge. The Challenge sponsor is FOX Sports Interactive Media, LLC ("Sponsor"). The Challenge Administrator is Creative Zing Promotion Group ("Administrator"). The Sponsor and Administrator will collectively be referred to herein as the "Challenge Entities." The Challenge is not endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing , LLC ("NASCAR"), NASCAR Broadcasting, LLC, NASCAR Digital Media, LLC or Daytona International Speedway, LLC d/b/a Daytona International Speedway ("Daytona International Speedway"). This Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple, Inc. or Google, Inc.

  • The Challenge registration period begins on or about Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Registration Period").
  • During the "NASCAR Cup Series™ Daytona 500®" motorsports telecast by Fox Broadcasting LLC ("FOX") on Sunday, February 18, 2024, "Entrants" (as defined below) will have the opportunity to use their skill and knowledge of motorsports and motorsports telecasts to answer a series of questions (each a "Question" and collectively the "Questions") related to the NASCAR cup Series™ Daytona 500® motorsports event telecast by FOX, and/or FOX’s telecast of such motorsports event (the "Event") itself, during the challenge period (the "Challenge Period"), as detailed in the Challenge Period Chart below, to compete for one (1) of six (6) "Challenge Period Prizes" available for the Challenge Period, as described in Section 5.
  • Entrants can join the Challenge at any point during the Registration Period and may answer Questions until the Lock Time (as defined below) as further set forth herein.
  • At the start of the Challenge Period, the Questions for the Challenge Period, along with the point value of each Question, will be posted online and through Sponsor’s App (as defined in Section 3(i) below) as further described below. Once the Challenge Period Questions have been posted, Entrants must follow the on-screen instructions to answer the presented Questions for the Challenge Period. The Challenge Period will lock following the completion of lap forty (40) of the Event (the "Lock Time").
  • Visit https://www.foxsports.com/nascar/cup-series/scores to view the official NASCAR® 2024 season schedule, and the list of Events being telecast by FOX and other NASCAR-affiliated telecasters.
  • Points will be awarded based on the Entrant’s answers for each Question, and the point value assigned to each Question. In the event that any Question is not answered before the Lock Time, this Question will be counted as an incorrect answer against the Entrant’s score.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Challenge is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age and the age of legal majority in their state of primary residence at time of entry ("Entrant"). Each Entrant must be the rightful owner of the e-mail address identified in the Entrant’s entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed the person in whose name the email account was opened. Employees, owners, shareholders, officers and directors of the Challenge Entities, FOX, The Sportradar Group, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, promotion and advertising agencies involved in the Challenge, NASCAR, NASCAR Broadcast, LLC, Daytona International Speedway and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents and employees together with the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Challenge. For purposes of the Challenge, "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year and "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. If an Entrant exercises the right to have their personal information/data deleted, removed or restricted under applicable privacy laws, such Entrant forfeits participation in the Challenge. 

3. HOW TO REGISTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE: Entrants may register and participate in the Challenge via two (2) methods of participation:

i. Entrants may visit https://www.foxsports.com/fox-super-6 (the "Website") and complete the online registration form.

ii. Entrants may download the FOX Sports: Watch Live App (the "App") on their mobile device and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Challenge registration form. The App is available for free at the applicable App store. Standard data rates may apply to download and play. For more details, visit https://www.foxsports.com/mobile.

Additionally, each Entrant may be given the opportunity to receive e-mail updates from the Sponsor and/or NASCAR; however, eligibility to participate in the Challenge is not dependent upon Entrant’s consent to receive such emails.  Please note: agreeing to receive future e-mail updates will not increase chances of winning.  The name associated with the account created for participation in the Challenge may appear publicly in the Challenge leaderboard and Overall leaderboard. Do not use any name that you may not wish to appear publicly. If you do not wish for your name to appear publicly, please do not enter or participate in the Challenge. Once registered, Entrants will have the opportunity to submit answers to the presented Questions through the Website or the App during the Challenge Period before the Lock Time, according to the instructions as detailed on-screen and in the Challenge Description in Section 1 of these Official Rules. After entering answers to the questions, Entrants must click the "Submit" button on the form to register the answers for each Question. If Entrant does not submit an answer for any Question, according to the instructions, the answer for such Question will not be valid and the Entrant will not receive any points for unanswered Questions. If Entrant wishes to make changes to their answers, Entrant may go back and change an answer any time prior to the Lock Time for the Challenge Period. No changes or revisions will be permitted after Lock Time, as detailed in Section 1. All answers must be submitted by the Lock Time for the Challenge Period to be included.  All information provided by Entrant becomes the property of Sponsor. Limit one (1) registration per person for the duration of the Challenge Period.  ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

4.  WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION & TIE BREAKERS: IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH ENTRANT TO ENSURE THAT THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR ACCOUNT IS CURRENT AND CORRECT.

Challenge Period Winner Selection & Notification: From all eligible entries received, during the Challenge Period, at the end of such Challenge Period, the Entrant(s) with the first best record, and the five (5) Entrants with the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth best records for the Challenge Period, as determined by the number of correct answers/points accumulated (or by tiebreaker if applicable) during the Challenge Period, will be declared the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth place Challenge Period Prize winners (each a "Challenge Period Prize Winner"). 

In the event of a tie during the Challenge Period, the tie will be broken according to the following:                                                

  1. Entrant who earned the most points in Question 6
  2. Entrant who earned the most points in Question 5
  3. Entrant who earned the most points in Question 4
  4. Entrant who earned the most points in Question 3
  5. Entrant who earned the most points in Question 2
  6. Entrant who earned the most points in Question 1
  7. Entrant who has the earliest timestamp for selections for the Challenge Period
  8. Entrant who has the earliest timestamp for Challenge Registration

Potential winners will be notified by email within approximately seven (7) days of the end of the Challenge Period. The Challenge Entities shall have no liability for any notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner. Challenge Entities reserve the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules. Challenge Period Prize Winners will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of first attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of any corresponding prize. Winners will be required to verify their address and return within five (5) days of first attempted notification an affidavit of eligibility a liability release and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents"). First and Second Challenge Period Prize Winners must provide Challenge Entities with a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the winner for any Prize valued Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) or greater. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected and, in such case, Administrator may re-award the corresponding Prize to an alternate winner according to point scores. Prizes will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned.  Sponsor may successively attempt to contact up to two (2) potential winner(s) of an applicable Prize in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner(s) of such applicable Prize after such attempts have been made, if any, the corresponding Prize may go unawarded.

5.  "PRIZES":

Challenge Period First PrizeChallenge Period Entrant that finishes in first place will receive: (a) six thousand ($6,000) USD, in the form of a check; and (b) two (2) two-day tickets for the 2025 DAYTONA 500® and NASCAR Xfinity Series™ race (dates TBD) (the "2025 Events") plus two (2) "Fanzone" passes for each day and one (1) "Harley J’s" hospitality package (approximate retail value ("ARV") of Four Thousand Five Hundred Ten Dollars ($4,510.00)).

Challenge Period Third PrizeChallenge Period Entrant that finishes in third place will receive five hundred ($500) USD, in the form of a check.
Challenge Period Fourth PrizeChallenge Period Entrant that finishes in fourth place will receive two hundred fifty ($250) USD, in the form of a check.
Challenge Period Fifth PrizeChallenge Period Entrant that finishes in fifth place will receive one hundred fifty ($150) USD, in the form of a check.
Challenge Period Sixth PrizeChallenge Period Entrant that finishes in sixth place will receive one hundred ($100) USD, in the form of a check.
Total Maximum Cumulative ARV: $14,510

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prize winners shall be solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, delivery, processing and handling fees, food and beverages (unless otherwise provided as part of the hospitality), gratuities, ground transportation, airfare, hotel and/or personal purchases. If the First Prize winner is unable to attend the 2025 Events for any reason, such prizewinner will forfeit the prize package in its entirety and an alternate prizewinner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for 2025 Event cancellation or any travel delays or cancellation.

The First Prize winner’s companion(s) must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, or if any companion is a minor, the First Prize winner must be such minor's parent or legal guardian or travel with the permission of such minor's parent or legal guardian in form and substance acceptable to Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion. The First Prize winner’s companion must sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release prior to ticketing of the First Prize package. Changes not permitted after ticket issue. Prize winners cannot assign or transfer any Prize to another person. No Prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Challenge Entities. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Challenge Entities, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. The Prizes are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, without limitation. If Prizes are awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, Prize may not be re-awarded, in Challenge Entities sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. 

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Challenge Entities, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Challenge and/or by accepting any Prize that they may win, each Entrant agrees to release and indemnify the Challenge Entities, The Sportradar Group, NASCAR, NASCAR Broadcasting, LLC, NASCAR Digital Media, LLC, Daytona International Speedway, Comcast Cable Communications, LLC each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and Prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Challenge and/or any Challenge-related activity and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. Each Entrant authorizes the Challenge Entities and their assigns to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, throughout the universe in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Challenge Entities are not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at the Challenge Entities’ sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. By entering the Challenge, Entrants agree that: (i) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out‑of‑pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Challenge, but in no event will Entrant’s attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (ii) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out‑of‑pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (b) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (c) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the Challenge; (e) the Entrant’s claim that he or she has somehow been defamed or portrayed in a false light or (f) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Challenge. Challenge Entities and the Released Parties assume no responsibility for any damage to an Entrant’s computer system, which is occasioned by accessing the Website, or participating in the Challenge, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Challenge Entities are prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Challenge as contemplated herein by any event beyond their control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, windstorm, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, disease, virus, sickness or outbreak or other similar or dissimilar natural disaster; act of God or public enemy; riot or civil disturbance, act of any government or governmental authority, power failure, satellite or equipment failure, failure of telecommunications lines or failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles operated by a third party; labor dispute, strike, or lockout; actual or threat of war, armed conflict, terrorist attacks, war (declared, undeclared or threatened), explosion, nuclear, or chemical or biological contamination; Event cancellation, delay or postponement, or a government imposed travel ban, restriction on movement or gatherings, or other government imposed mandate of any kind, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Challenge Entities’ control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), the Challenge Entities reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge. If the Challenge is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor may (if possible) select the winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such selection shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.  Challenge Entities may prohibit you from participating in the Challenge or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Challenge by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Challenge Entities representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CHALLENGE ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

7.  GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR THE CHALLENGE ENTITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CHALLENGE OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUBMISSION OR OTHER MATERIAL SUBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CHALLENGE, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.  THE INVALIDITY OR UNENFORCEABILITY OF ANY PROVISION OF THESE RULES SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY OTHER PROVISION.  IN THE EVENT THAT ANY PROVISION IS DETERMINED TO BE INVALID OR OTHERWISE UNENFORCEABLE OR ILLEGAL, THESE RULES SHALL OTHERWISE REMAIN IN EFFECT AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR TERMS AS IF THE INVALID OR ILLEGAL PROVISION WERE NOT CONTAINED HEREIN.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE CHALLENGE ENTITIES, NASCAR, LLC, NASCAR BROADCASTING, LLC, NASCAR DIGITAL MEDIA, LLC, COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY, LLC, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, WEB MASTERS/SUPPLIERS, VENDORS, CONTRACTORS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL PRIZES, THE CHALLENGE AND THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE CHALLENGE ENTITIES AND THER RELEASED PARTIES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE RIGHT IS RESERVED TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. 

8.   ARBITRATION PROVISION:  By participating in this Challenge, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes the Entrant may have with, or claims Entrant may have against, the Released Parties relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (i) the Challenge, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (the "Forum") and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Code of Procedure established by the Forum.  The arbitration shall be held at a location determined by the Forum pursuant to the Code of Procedure, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the Entrant and Sponsor.  The arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable Entrant may have entered into in connection with the Challenge.  There shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the Entrant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.  The arbitrator shall not have the power to award special or punitive damages against the Entrant or Released Parties.  For more information on the Forum and/or the Forum's Code of Procedure, please visit their website at www.arb-forum.com.  If any part of this Arbitration Provision is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of this Arbitration Provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

9. GAMBLING PROHIBITION: This Challenge is strictly for entertainment purposes and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.

10.  PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy posted at http://www.foxsports.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Challenge, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Challenge Entities for the purpose of Challenge administration and prize fulfillment. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than as described herein.
