Unable to go wire-to-wire Noren was forced to settle for second at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship after being bested by two shots to Camilo Villegas. Impact Noren was looking to win for the first time on the PGA Tour and do so in wire-to-wire fashion. The Swede was in command from the jump after a 10-under 61 in round one and rounds of 66-67 on Friday and Saturday. He entered the final round with a one shot lead on Villegas, but two bogeys on 9 and 10 turned the tides and Villegas was able to cruise home to the victory. Noren does move up to 64th in the FedExCup standings with the runner-up finish and will have a chance to crack the Next 10 at the RSM Classic next week, giving him access to the two West Coast signature events.
