T11 in RSM Classic debut Highsmith fired a five-under 65 on Sunday at The RSM Classic to finish 12-under and tied for 11th.

Impact Highsmith hit 13 of 14 fairways in regulation on the way to six final-round birdies at Sea Island, where he ultimately totaled 21 par-breakers while ranking top-10 among the field in both SG: Off-the-Tee and GIR percentage in his RSM Classic debut. The 24-year-old closes out his rookie campaign with three top-10s and seven top-25s across 26 starts, landing 110th in the final FedExCup Fall standings and securing his PGA Tour card for 2025.

Impact Highsmith withdrew prior to the Butterfield Bermuda Championship after placing T6-T16-5 from the Black Desert Championship through the World Wide Technology Championship, but he'll peg it this week at Sea Island Golf Club for his RSM Classic debut.

Out for Bermuda Championship Highsmith (undisclosed) is out for the Bermuda Championship, Rob Bolton of PGATour.com reports.

Impact The reasoning for Highsmith's withdrawal has not been made clear, though it comes at an unfortunate time. He recently put forth a strong finish in the World Wide Technology Championship, part of a recent string of good performances. In his place is Russell Knox.

Impact Highsmith put together a bogey-free final round, but only making four birdies was not enough to challenge those that finished well ahead of him with better final rounds. Highsmith will be disappointed looking back to the fact that he made pars on all four of the par-5s on Sunday. Nevertheless, Highsmith has been rolling in the fall posting finished of T16-or-better in four of his last five starts. He'll look to keep the streak going at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship next week.

Impact Highsmith took a big leap on the leaderboard after his nine-under 62 on Saturday. He was hopeful to challenge for his first PGA Tour win on Sunday, but those thoughts got thrown out quick when he began with a double-bogey. The T6 still did tie his best finish of the year and puts him in good form after a T13 in Napa. Highsmith will look to rack up a bunch of birdies again next week at the Shriners Children's Open.

Poor finish in Detroit Highsmith shot a six-under 74 to finish tied in the 57th spot in the Rocket Mortgage Classic.

Impact Highsmith lost 19 spots in the final round. He registered just three birdies which was tied at 29th. He finished with three bogeys as well which was tied at 40th. After a horrible show in Detroit, Highsmith lost six spots in the FedEx Cup rankings as he went from 143rd to 149th rank. in the upcoming John Deere Classic.
