Impact Lower, who placed runner-up by one shot the previous week at the World Wide Technology Championship, once again found himself in contention this past week in Bermuda where he held solo ownership of the 36-hole lead after opening with back-to-back 65s on Thursday and Friday. He hit only 10 greens in regulation during Sunday's final round, however, tallying three bogeys and a double in the process. Nonetheless, Lower finished the tournament ranked top-10 among the field in driving accuracy, scrambling and putts per GIR, and he climbed six more spots to No. 68 in the FedExCup Fall standings. He'll peg it again this week at The RSM Classic, though he's yet to make a cut through four career Sea Island appearances.
