Impact Mullinax withdrew prior to this past week's Valspar Championship after making back-to-back cuts at the Puerto Rico Open and THE PLAYERS Championship, but he's slated to peg it this week at Memorial Park Golf Course where he tied for fourth in 2022.

Impact The 32-year-old will not participate in the event due to an undisclosed reason, allowing Takumi Kanaya to step in. Mullinax made his last appearance during The Players Championship on Thursday, carding five-over par and finishing in 61st place.

Joins Puerto Rico Open field Mullinax was added to the field at next week's Puerto Rico Open as a late entry Friday, Rob Bolton of PGATour.com reports.

Impact The 32-year-old will be taking the place of Jonathan Byrd, who now becomes the first alternate for the tournament. Mullinax tied for 32nd at this year's WM Phoenix Open but has failed to make a cut since.

Finds form at Bay Hill Mullinax posted a three-under 69 in the final round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational to finish in a share of eighth place.

Impact Mullinax was never in serious contention to win as he started the round six back of the lead, but he impressively posted six birdies at a difficult Bay Hill setup Sunday. He had a solid week across the board, ranking in the top-35 in every strokes-gained category. Mullinax has had an inconsistent season thus far with just two top-25 finishes, albeit both are top-10s.

Finishes 28th in Maui Mullinax fired a four-under 69 on Sunday at the Sentry Tournament of Champions to finish 14-under and alone in 28th place.

Impact Mullinax recorded four consecutive rounds of 70 or better throughout his week at Kapalua's Plantation Course, pacing the field in SG: Off-the-Tee through the first 54 holes in the process. However, he ranked just T34 in GIR percentage due to underwhelming approach play. Mullinax rises 14 spots to No. 63 in the early FedExCup standings, though he won't be in the field for the upcoming Sony Open in Hawaii.
