ABOUT THE 2022 WORLD SERIES
The 2022 World Series is a matchup between the juggernaut Houston Astros and the scorching-hot Philadelphia Phillies. The Astros got here after a dominant, 106-56 regular season, featuring some of the sport's best pitching and clinching the AL's No. 1 seed. On the other side, the Phillies snuck into the playoffs with an 87-75 record and the NL's sixth seed, thanks to the third wild card.
