Set to join big-league rotation Civale (finger) will make his next start in the big-league rotation, likely Monday against the Twins, Paul Hoynes of Cleveland.com reports. Impact He came out of his last rehab start Wednesday very well after throwing 71 pitches, so Civale shouldn't face notable restrictions in his long-awaited return to Cleveland's rotation. While he lines up to start Monday, that hasn't been confirmed, but even if he started Tuesday, he could still have a two-start week, with the latter coming next weekend at home against the Brewers. Civale has a 0.79 ERA, 0.71 WHIP and 12 strikeouts in 11.1 innings through three rehab starts.
