Joining Phillies camp Bellatti joined the Phillies as a non-roster invitee Tuesday.

Impact Bellatti tossed 3.1 innings for the Marlins last season, giving up five earned runs. His numbers in 29.2 innings at the Triple-A level were far more encouraging, as he cruised to a 1.52 ERA while striking out 33.0 percent of opposing batters, but it's tough to get too excited about a 29-year-old dominating minor-league bats.

Outrighted to Triple-A Bellatti was outrighted to Triple-A Jacksonville on Thursday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Impact Bellatti got his first taste of major-league action in 2021 and posted a 13.50 ERA and 2.40 WHIP in 3.1 innings across three relief appearances. However, he'll now lose his spot on the 40-man roster early in the offseason.

Back in majors Bellatti had his contract selected by the Marlins on Friday.

Impact Bellatti had a two-game stint in the majors in July before being designated for assignment, and he'll rejoin the Marlins for the final three games of the season. The right-hander dominated at Triple-A Jacksonville out of the bullpen with a 1.52 ERA, 0.86 WHIP and 38:10 K:BB over 29.2 innings.

Impact Miami exposed Bellatti to waivers after designating him for assignment over the weekend, and given his status as a 29-year-old journeyman reliever, he unsurprisingly went unclaimed by MLB's other 29 organizations. Bellatti will thus head back to Jacksonville after a brief cameo out of the Miami bullpen -- his first big-league action since 2015. He appeared in two games for the Marlins, giving up five earned runs on six hits and one walk over 2.1 innings.

Impact Bellatti's contract was selected by Miami on Monday, and he allowed five runs on six hits and a walk while striking out two in 2.1 innings across two relief appearances. He'll now be cast off the 40-man roster after Deven Marrero's contract was selected as part of a corresponding move.
