Ketel Marte - Hits in seven straight Marte went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 4-1 loss to Colorado.

Impact Marte extended his hitting streak to seven straight, during which he's 8-for-24 with six extra-base hits, two RBI and six runs scored. He was hitting a paltry .135 before the seven-game run and currently sits at .184 for the season.

Jordan Luplow - Pilfers two bags in loss Luplow started in center field and went 0-for-3 with a walk, two stolen bases and a run scored in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Rockies.

Impact With a lefty on the bump, Luplow was in the lineup and batting second. He scored Arizona's lone run in the eighth inning after stealing second and third base. At the time, it put Arizona up, 1-0, but Mark Melancon blew the save. Luplow has three steals, matching his MLB high in swipes set in 2019 as a member of Cleveland. He stole double-digit bases twice in the minors -- 10 in 2014 at rookie ball and 11 in 2015 in Low-A -- but nothing to indicate the 28-year-old will deliver much value in the category at the major-league level.

Impact Peralta was quiet for much of the game but contributed to a three-run eighth inning with a two-run home run. Aside from a three-hit game May 2, the 34-year-old had gone hitless over his last six games. Peralta is now slashing .214/.284/.417 on the season though half of his hits have gone for extra bases.

Daulton Varsho - Crushes sixth homer Varsho went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a 4-1 win against Colorado on Friday.

Impact Varsho was unsuccessful in his first three at-bats but smacked a go-ahead homer in the eighth inning off Colorado reliever Carlos Estevez. The 25-year-old has now homered in consecutive games and owns a modest seven-game hitting streak, going 10-for-29 with three walks in the stretch.
