His regular season may be done, though the Giants could still recall him if another player hits the injured list in a corresponding move. If he doesn't pitch in the big leagues against this season, he'll end his rookie campaign with a 7.20 ERA in 20 innings of relief.

Emmanuel Rivera - Scratched from Saturday's lineupRivera was scratched from Saturday's lineup against the Giants due to mild soreness in his left forearm.

ImpactRivera was slated to start at third base Saturday but was removed from the lineup less than an hour before the start of the game. Although his forearm soreness is described as mild, it's not yet clear whether he'll be available off the bench or whether he'll be able to return for Sunday's series finale.
