Eric Haase - Goes deep WednesdayHaase went 3-for-6 with a solo home run and two RBI across both games of Wednesday's doubleheader against Atlanta.
ImpactHaase started the first game and went 3-for-5 with his third home run of the season. He hit the bench for the second game, though he did strike out as a pinch hitter. Haase continues to split time behind the plate with Jake Rogers and has limited fantasy value so long as he remains in a timeshare, though he can also play in the outfield on days when he doesn't catch.

Andy Ibáñez - Big day WednesdayIbanez went 4-for-9 with a solo home run and three runs scored across both games of Wednesday's doubleheader against Atlanta.
ImpactIbanez started the first game of the day at second base before shifting to third, and he registered three singles and scored twice. He started in left in the second game and added his fourth home run of the year. Ibanez is still batting only .221 this season and should continue to serve in a utility role for the Tigers with limited fantasy appeal.

Miguel Cabrera - Hits first home runCabrera went 3-for-8 with a walk, a two-run home run and two runs scored across both games of Wednesday's doubleheader against Atlanta.
ImpactCabrera had a vintage game in the first game Wednesday, going 3-for-5 with a two-run bomb against Atlanta flamethrower Spencer Strider. Surprisingly, the 40-year-old also started the second game, walking and scoring once. It was a nice day at the plate, though Cabrera has just a .624 OPS this season and shouldn't be counted on for consistent production moving forward.

Spencer Torkelson - Goes deep in doubleheaderTorkelson went 2-for-6 with three walks, a solo home run and two runs scored across both games of Wednesday's doubleheader against Atlanta.
ImpactTorkelson did most of his damage during the first game of the day, reaching base three times and hitting his seventh home run of the season. The 23-year-old has yet to really take off with a .235 batting average and .706 OPS, but the rebuilding Tigers should continue to give him ample playing time.

Michael Lorenzen - Allows six runs in lossLorenzen (2-4) allowed six runs on nine hits across six innings to take the loss in the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader against Atlanta. He walked two and struck out three.
ImpactLorenzen allowed six runs for the second straight start, with three solo home runs accounting for half of the damage Wednesday. The righty had a 3.21 ERA before this rough patch but has seen that balloon to 4.23. Lorenzen has a fairly thin margin of error because he doesn't miss a ton of bats, and he's now sitting at 47 strikeouts through 66 innings this season. He'll look to get back on track in his next start, which should come early next week against the Royals.

The 25-year-old lefty now holds a 7.40 ERA in the majors across 24.1 innings and will return to Triple-A where his numbers aren't much better (7.07 ERA and 1.73 WHIP through 35.2 IP).
