The first baseman is up to 44 homers -- 10 more than he had last year -- while adding 113 RBI, 104 runs scored, a stolen base, 24 doubles, three triples and a .266/.373/.581 slash line over 136 games.

Charlie Morton - Labors through four inningsMorton (14-11) allowed two runs on six hits and three walks while striking out three over four innings, taking the loss Sunday versus the Dodgers.
ImpactMorton needed 90 pitches (52 strikes) to get through four frames, making Sunday's outing his shortest start since July 25. Prior to this poor start, he'd allowed just one run while striking out 33 over 24 innings across his last four starts combined. The right-hander is now at a 3.32 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 168:72 K:BB through 151.2 innings over 27 starts this season. Morton is projected to make his next start at home versus the Pirates.

Chris Taylor - Nabs 15th stealTaylor went 0-for-2 with two walks and a stolen base in Sunday's 3-1 win over Atlanta.
ImpactTaylor has gone 4-for-10 with five walks and three steals over his last five games. He's picked up eight of his 15 steals this season since the start of August. The 33-year-old is starting to hit a little better, but he's slashing just .226/.322/.420 for the season with 13 home runs, 40 RBI and 43 runs scored through 97 contests.

Mookie Betts - Tallies three hitsBetts went 3-for-4 with one RBI in Sunday's 3-1 win over Atlanta.
ImpactBetts finished the four-game series between the National League's top-two teams on a high note. He went a solid 5-for-15 with two home runs and five RBI over the series, picking up right where he left off after an impressive August. The 30-year-old is now at a .316/.410/.615 slash line with 38 homers, 99 RBI, 10 stolen bases and 117 runs scored through 130 games.

Brusdar Graterol - Grabs seventh saveGraterol allowed a hit and a walk while striking out one over a scoreless inning to earn the save in Sunday's 3-1 win over Atlanta.
ImpactGraterol allowed multiple baserunners for the third time in his last six outings, but he was able to extend his scoreless streak to 16.1 innings. Both Graterol and Evan Phillips pitched Saturday, so this appears to be a managerial choice from Dave Roberts to give Graterol the ninth inning in this contest. Bobby Miller - Excellent against AtlantaMiller (9-3) allowed a run on three hits and one walk while striking out five over seven innings to earn the win over Atlanta on Sunday.
ImpactMiller had given up four runs in back-to-back starts, but he was able to put together a dominant outing against the best team in the majors. The rookie right-hander had not pitched more than 6.1 innings in any of his outings prior to Sunday. Miller is now at a 3.80 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 84:26 K:BB through 94.2 innings over 17 starts. He's projected to make his next start on the road versus the Nationals.
