Tyler Phillips - Called up, will start TuesdayThe Phillies recalled Phillips from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sunday. He's scheduled to start Tuesday versus the Blue Jays in Toronto, according to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com.
ImpactAs expected, Phillips will be taking over as the Phillies' new No. 5 starter after the struggling Taijuan Walker was moved to the bullpen last week. After getting his first big-league call-up in July, Phillips enjoyed a strong run through his first four outings with a 1.80 ERA and 0.76 WHIP in 25 innings, including a complete-game shutout of the Guardians on July 27. However, Phillips struggled badly thereafter to earn a demotion to Triple-A, giving up 17 earned runs over his final three starts. He failed to deliver a quality start in either of his two outings with Lehigh Valley following his demotion, so he'll be difficult to use with much confidence in fantasy leagues, even though he'll tentatively line up for a two-start week in his return to the majors. After the Toronto outing, Phillips could pick up another start next Sunday in Miami.

Kody Clemens - Gets call to majorsThe Phillies recalled Clemens from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sunday.
ImpactClemens will provide an extra left-handed bat for the Philadelphia infield, but he won't enter the lineup Sunday against Atlanta right-hander Spencer Schwellenbach, even with everyday third baseman Alec Bohm (hand) out of the lineup for the third game in a row. The Phillies will go with Edmundo Sosa at third base, but both he and Clemens are likely to serve as bench players for the foreseeable future, as Bohm worked out on the field Sunday and could be ready to return to the lineup following Monday's team off day. Over his previous two stints with the big club this season, Clemens hit .242 with three home runs, 10 RBI and eight runs over 65 plate appearances.

Alec Bohm - Missing third straight startBohm (hand) remains out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.
ImpactThough Bohm is on the bench for the third day in a row, he seems to be progressing in his recovery from left hand discomfort. According to Matt Gelb of The Athletic, Bohm was spotted on the field doing some work prior to Sunday's game, and the Phillies have suggested that he could be ready to return to the lineup following Monday's off day. He'll give way to Edmundo Sosa at third base for at least one more game, however.

Ramón Laureano - Hitting bench SundayLaureano is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.
ImpactLaureano will see his streak of 19 consecutive starts come to an end while Jarred Kelenic gets the nod in left field in the series finale. Though he'll exit the lineup, Laureano seems to have supplanted Kelenic as the preferred option atop the depth chart after slashing a blistering .325/.364/.542 with five home runs, two stolen bases, 12 runs and 11 RBI over 27 games in August.

Travis d'Arnaud - Poaching playing time from MurphyD'Arnaud will start at catcher and bat fifth in Sunday's game against the Phillies.
ImpactAtlanta's timeshare at catcher has tilted in favor of d'Arnaud lately, as he'll pick up his sixth start in nine games Sunday. D'Arnaud holds an 89-point edge in OPS (.774 to .685) over Murphy this season, and that disparity may be enough for the former to see the larger share of playing time behind the dish, despite the latter's bigger contract.
