Adam Duvall - Plates three in winDuvall went 2-for-3 with a double, a walk and three RBI in Friday's 8-4 win over Washington.

ImpactThe outfielder opened the scoring with a two-run single in the first inning, and he added an RBI double in the fifth. This was Duvall's first multi-hit effort in seven games since he was traded from Miami to Atlanta. The 32-year-old has seen his slash line sag to .228/.283/.470 across 368 plate appearances, but he's been productive in the counting stats with 23 home runs, 74 RBI, 44 runs scored and five stolen bases this season.

Freddie Freeman - Productive in winFreeman went 3-for-4 with a walk, two RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 8-4 win over Atlanta.

ImpactThe first baseman has already posted three multi-hit efforts in five August games as he remains locked in at the plate. All three of Freeman's hits Friday were singles, including one in the eighth inning that knocked in a pair of insurance runs. He's slashing a strong .295/.396/.505 with 24 home runs, 63 RBI, 81 runs scored and six stolen bases through 482 plate appearances this year.

Edgar Santana - Snags win FridaySantana (2-0) retired the only batter he faced via strikeout and earned the win Friday over Washington.

ImpactStarter Kyle Muller wasn't able to complete five innings, so Santana was brought into the game. He struck out Victor Robles, and the right-hander ended up in line for a win when Atlanta rallied ahead in the bottom of the fifth. Santana has allowed just three runs in his last 13.1 innings dating back to the start of July, but he has yet to see much high-leverage work. The 29-year-old has a 3.51 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 27:7 K:BB across 33.1 innings while adding three holds.

Kyle Muller - Lacks control in no-decisionMuller allowed three runs on two hits, two walks and a hit batter while striking out three in 4.2 innings versus Washington on Friday. He did not factor in the decision.

ImpactIn addition to the hit batter, Muller also threw three wild pitches in a game where he didn't have the sharpest control. He was spared the loss when Atlanta rallied ahead in the bottom of the fifth inning. The southpaw has only given up three runs in two of his eight appearances (seven starts) this year. He owns a 2.88 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 36:17 K:BB across 34.1 innings. Muller lines up for his next start versus Cincinnati next week.
