Félix Bautista - Tallies eighth save Bautista picked up the save in Tuesday's 4-2 victory over Tampa Bay, working around three walks over 1.1 scoreless innings.

Impact Bautista entered with a runner on first and two outs in the eighth inning, walking Brandon Lowe before striking out Taylor Walls to end the frame. The 27-year-old Bautista would issue two more free passes to lead off the ninth but coaxed a double play off the bat of Yandy Diaz to get out of trouble. Bautista improves to 8-for-11 in save opportunities with a 1.59 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 30:13 K:BB over 17 innings. While his 14.7 percent walk rate leaves room for improvement, Bautista has certainly made up for it with a 42.6 percent strikeout rate.

Impact The lefty-hitting Cuban infielder got $650,000 in January of 2022 due to the strength of his hit tool, and thus far he has shown major improvements in a repeat of Double-A, where he was below league average (77 wRC+) in 90 games last year. Prieto's 4.7 percent strikeout rate is by far the best mark in all of Double-A -- next best is Domingo Leyba's 10.1 percent strikeout rate. Prieto, who turns 24 this week, has seen time at second base (11 starts), shortstop (six starts) and third base (five starts).

Hudson Haskin - Recovering from hamstring injury Haskin is on the 7-day injured list with Triple-A Norfolk as he recovers from a left hamstring strain, Tides radio voice Pete Michaud reports.

Impact It was unsustainable, but Haskin was on fire to start the year, slashing .391/.500/.652 with two home runs and four steals through 56 plate appearances before suffering the injury April 16. Amid that production, Haskin had a .615 BABIP and 32.1 percent strikeout rate, so it's hard to read too much into the gaudy early production.

Impact Vavra will return to Baltimore after being sent down to Norfolk on April 27. Over nine games in Triple-A, Vavra produced a .286 average with four doubles, five RBI, eight runs scored and a stolen base over 42 at-bats. He did strikeout at least once in every contest though, going down on strikes 11 times over those nine contests. In the big leagues, he'll help replace Ramon Urias (hamstring), who was placed on the 10-day injured list Tuesday.
