Trey Amburgey - Managing hamstring crampAmburgey was diagnosed with a right hamstring cramp after he left Sunday's game against the Red Sox, Erik Boland of Newsday reports.
ImpactIt's not yet clear whether Amburgey's injury will force him to miss additional time, but he'll at least be able to recover during the Yankees' scheduled off day Monday. He should be considered day-to-day for now, but Ryan LaMarre and Greg Allen could see additional playing time in the team's depleted outfield if the 26-year-old is sidelined going forward.

Domingo Germán - Garners start TuesdayGerman is listed as the Yankees' probable starter for Tuesday's game against the Phillies, Max Goodman of SI.com reports.
ImpactGerman will be pitching on three days' rest after he made a relief appearance in Friday's 4-0 loss to the Red Sox, but because he only tossed one inning (17 pitches), it was comparable to a between-starts bullpen session. As such, German shouldn't face any major restrictions with his pitch count Tuesday as he steps back into the rotation.

Christian Arroyo - Diagnosed with hamstring strainArroyo was removed from Sunday's game against the Yankees due to a left hamstring strain, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.
ImpactArroyo suffered the injury while stretching to retrieve a throw to first base Sunday, and he's apparently dealing with a hamstring issue. Whether he's forced to miss additional time remains to be seen, but Bobby Dalbec and Danny Santana (quadriceps) could step in at first base if Arroyo is sidelined.

Danny Santana - Slated to return MondaySantana (quadriceps) is expected to rejoin the Red Sox on Monday, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.
ImpactSantana began a rehab assignment at Triple-A Worcester on Friday, and he went 0-for-3 with a run, a walk and a strikeout in Friday's appearance. He'll be able to return after a short rehab stint since he's only been sidelined since July 6, and he could help fill in if Christian Arroyo (hamstring) is forced to miss additional time.

Trey Amburgey - Removed from Sunday's gameAmburgey exited Sunday's game against the Red Sox in the bottom of the fourth inning with an apparent right hamstring injury, Buster Olney of ESPN reports.
ImpactAmburgey appeared to pull up after he grounded into a double play to end the fourth inning, and he was removed from the game after being examined by trainers. He went 0-for-2 with a strikeout before leaving the contest, and it's not yet clear whether the 26-year-old will be forced to miss additional time.
