Impact Anderson was struck by a 103-mph liner off the bat of Brandon Crawford during the second inning, and the left-hander was removed after closing out the frame. The 33-year-old exited from his last start with a hip injury and was also pulled from an outing early in August with a calf issue. Anderson won't factor in the decision Wednesday after giving up three hits with two strikeouts and a walk over two scoreless frames, and he should be considered day-to-day after being diagnosed with a shoulder contusion.
