Anderson has yet to record a result is six starts this year, but Saturday was by far his worst performance. The right-hander now has a 4.94 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 21 strikeouts across 23.2 innings. He'll try to keep the ball in the yard Friday versus the Mets.

The 32-year-old's eight strikeouts shattered his previous season high of three. He was in line to pick up his first win after Toronto took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the fifth, but had to settle for his fifth consecutive no-decision after the Orioles tied the game in the sixth. Nonetheless, it was Anderson's best start of the season and he will look to keep his momentum going Sunday in Boston.

Anderson threw 26 of his 45 pitches for strikes. The 32-year-old pitched to a 4.21 ERA and 1.27 WHIP with 124 strikeouts in 139 innings last season with the Brewers. Anderson may still need a few weeks to get to a starter's workload. His next appearance is scheduled for next Saturday versus the Rays.
