Jhoan Duran - Completes two-inning saveDuran picked up the save Saturday against the White Sox. He allowed three hits and zero walks while striking out three over two scoreless innings.
ImpactHis pitch count ticked up to 40 by the end -- a season high -- but Duran was able to get Tim Anderson to ground out to shut the door in the ninth. Duran now has six saves this season to go along with a dominant 51:8 K:BB over 42 innings, and with Emilio Pagan out of the closer role for Minnesota, Duran should have plenty of chances to add to his saves total in the second half.

Jorge Polanco - Pops three-run homerPolanco went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run in Saturday's 6-3 win over the White Sox.
ImpactPolanco's homer was his sixth of July, bringing his total to 14 this season. He's slugging .638 this month and could be in store for another big second half. The middle infielder slashed .287/.329/.585 for Minnesota after the All-Star break last season.

Lance Lynn - Allows three homers in lossLynn (1-3) took the loss Saturday, allowing six runs on seven hits over five innings against the Twins. He struck out six and did not issue a walk.
ImpactThe Twins hit three homers in the first three frames against Lynn -- Luis Arraez, Carlos Correa and Jorge Polanco all went yard. Lynn has not looked anything like himself since returning from surgery to address a tendon tear in his right knee. He now has a 7.50 ERA and 1.50 WHIP in 36 innings this season, with 14 of his 30 earned runs allowed coming in his last two starts (nine innings).

Dylan Bundy - Beats White Sox for sixth winBundy (6-4) earned the win Saturday, allowing three runs on five hits and one walk over 5.1 innings against the White Sox. He struck out three.
ImpactBundy filled up the strike zone, throwing 65 of 88 pitches for strikes. It wasn't the most dominant outing in terms of whiffs (eight swinging strikes), but Bundy was good enough within the zone to pick up a second straight win. The veteran has been a capable back-end starter for Minnesota this season (4.71 ERA, 1.27 WHIP), and he heads into the All-Star break on a nice little run, having quietly posted a 3.15 ERA over his last six starts.
