ImpactAllen joined the A's when rosters expanded Sept. 1, and logged one hit while making two pinch-hit appearances last week. He'll return to Las Vegas with Seth Brown (illness) being activated from the COVID-19 IL but figures to be a candidate to return should Oakland suffer an injury to a position player.

ImpactBrown tested positive for COVID-19 on Aug. 27. He played in a rehab game with Low-A Stockton on Thursday and went 2-for-5 with a solo homer. The 22-year-old will continue to provide Oakland outfield depth during the season's final weeks, and he figures to see some starts against right-handed starters going forward.
