The left-hander only pitched one-third of an inning against Seattle, allowing a solo home run to Luke Raley in the process. Although Andrews has been serviceable in the minors since being DFA'd in mid-April, his career 27.00 ERA through 3.2 big-league innings may cause the Yankees to look elsewhere if they need to rely on their organizational bullpen depth later in the year.

Impact The signing of Jakob Junis became official Wednesday, causing Andrews to lose his spot on the 40-man roster. Andrews struggled during his brief time in the majors, allowing 10 earned runs in just 3.1 innings across four appearances. He put together a 2.53 ERA and 1.23 WHIP in Triple-A, however, making it possible another team gives him a chance off the waiver wire.
