Anthony Gose - DFA'd yet again The Guardians designated Gose for assignment Wednesday, Tom Withers of the Associated Press reports.
Impact The 34-year-old lefty reliever has now been dropped from the Guardians' 40-man roster three times within the past three weeks and will most likely clear waivers again and stick around in the Cleveland organization. The Guardians called up lefty Erik Sabrowski to replace Gose on the roster and in the bullpen. Gose has made two appearances for the big club this month, giving up three earned runs on six hits and one walk over 3.1 innings.

Erik Sabrowski - Receives first MLB call-up The Guardians recalled Sabrowski from Triple-A Columbus on Wednesday, Tom Withers of the Associated Press reports.
Impact Cleveland designated lefty Anthony Gose for assignment to clear room on the 40-man roster and 26-man active roster for Sabrowski, who will be making his MLB debut if and when he gets into a game. A 26-year-old lefty reliever, Sabrowski had turned in a 4.38 ERA, 1.70 WHIP and 53:30 K:BB over 37 innings at Columbus this season.

However, this start was better as the only blemish on Williams' night was a two-run homer allowed to Paul DeJong in the second inning. The 25-year-old has now pitched to a 4.99 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 58:21 K:BB across 52.1 innings this season. He currently lines up to make his next appearance against the Pirates at home this weekend.
