Hunter Gaddis - Officially called upGaddis was called up from Triple-A Columbus and will start Monday against the White Sox, Tom Withers of the Associated Press reports.
ImpactAs expected, Gaddis will join the Guardians ahead of their three-game series with the White Sox on Monday, drawing the start in the series opener. The 25-year-old has struggled to a 6.86 ERA and 1.42 WHIP over 19.2 innings in the big leagues this season, but most of the damage came April 11 against the Yankees, when he surrendered eight runs over three frames. Gaddis will look to kick off his second stint in the big leagues a little better Monday when he takes on a disappointing Chicago team.

Tim Herrin - Back to Triple-AHerrin was optioned back to Triple-A Columbus on Monday, Tom Withers of the Associated Press reports.
ImpactHerrin will return to Triple-A after he was called up Friday, failing to appear in a game while with the Guardians. The left-hander has produced a 4.70 ERA and 1.11 WHIP with 10 strikeouts over 7.2 innings in seven appearances with Columbus this season.

Bo Naylor - Sent back to ColumbusGaddis was optioned to Triple-A Columbus on Monday, Tom Withers of the Associated Press reports.
ImpactGaddis will head back to Columbus after he went 0-for-2 during Sunday's doubleheader with the Mets. The 23-year-old will certainly earn another shot in the big leagues later this season as he's batting .257 with nine homers, 32 RBI and 29 runs over 148 at-bats in 41 games with Columbus this year.

ImpactNaylor had started three straight -- including both legs of a doubleheader Sunday -- after missing two games with leg tightness.
