ImpactAllen's solid work over his past two starts (2.13 ERA, 0.71 WHIP in 12.2 innings) looks like it'll be enough for him to stick in the rotation for at least one turn, even with Aaron Civale (finger) expected to return from the 60-day injured list to make a start later in the four-game series with Minnesota. Unless Cleveland expands its rotation to six men once Civale is officially reinstated from the IL, however, Allen could be bound for the bullpen after Monday's outing.
