According to Counsell, Bellinger tweaked his hamstring after stepping on first base awkwardly in Tuesday's 7-3 win and hyperextending his knee in the process. The Cubs have a team off day Thursday, and Counsell is hopeful that Bellinger will be good to go for Friday's series opener versus the White Sox after two full days of rest.
