Impact Davis will be making a second straight turn through Colorado's rotation in what likely represents his final appearance of the season, barring him being needed in relief for Sunday's finale against the Twins on three days' rest. The right-hander struck out four over five innings this past Friday against the Cubs, but he was handed the loss after serving up three earned runs on four hits and three walks. He's not a recommended streaming option Wednesday while pitching at a hitter-friendly park against one of the majors' top offenses.

Impact Bryant played in the first game of Colorado's doubleheader against the Dodgers and delivered an RBI double in the first inning. It was a rare positive since he returned from the injured list Sept. 11, as he's recorded just nine hits across 50 at-bats while striking out a 32.7 percent clip. Bryant has had an injury-plagued season, during which he's maintained just a .693 OPS across 327 plate appearances.

Impact Montero was one of the few bright spots of the second game of the doubleheader when he slugged his eighth home run of the season. He's held a consistent role between first base and designated hitter since Sept. 1, and he's maintained a .299 average with three home runs, nine RBI and 14 runs scored across 77 at-bats. He has a 29.9 percent strikeout rate in that span, but it's been a relatively encouraging close to the campaign for Montero.

The right-hander has proven to be a particularly poor fit for Coors Field, posting an 8.40 ERA and 2.07 WHIP in the Rockies' home stadium during his first season with the club compared to a 4.45 ERA and 1.48 WHIP on the road, but with two years of team control left before he even reaches arbitration, Colorado may keep Feltner around in 2024 to provide depth for the staff.

Notches fifth save Kinley recorded his fifth save of the season in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Dodgers, giving up a hit and striking out one in a scoreless ninth inning.

Impact All five of Kinley's saves have come in September as the 32-year-old righty has fallen into the closer role after a number of other relievers spit the bit. He's been marginally effective, blowing only one of six save chances while being scored upon in two of nine appearances on the month -- leaving him with a 4.15 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 7:4 K:BB over 8.2 innings. Depending on what reinforcements Colorado adds to its bullpen over the winter, Kinley could head into spring training next year as the favorite to retain the closing job.

Anderson has pitched well since coming off the IL in early September, posting a 3.86 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 20:13 K:BB through 25.2 frames, and his worst outing during the month actually came on the road in San Francisco. He should get a chance to double his win total in the Rockies' finale, a home tilt against the Twins on Oct. 1.

He's been a true breakout star for the Rockies and is potentially setting himself up for a massive year in 2024 with a full season under his belt. The 25-year-old is now slashing .286/.382/.531 with 18 home runs, 55 RBI, 56 runs, 17 steals and a 50:117 BB:K in 393 plate appearances.
