Dakota Hudson - No run support in loss Hudson (2-12) took the loss Wednesday against the Brewers, allowing three runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out four in 4.2 innings.

Impact Hudson and the Rockies quickly found themselves trailing after Christian Yelich took the right-hander deep in the opening frame. Hudson would later display more control issues that have plagued him much of the season. The Brewers tacked on another run in the second after a walk, a wild pitch and a base hit. He then loaded the bases in the fifth and walked in a third run before being replaced with two outs in the frame. The 29-year-old now owns a 5.84 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and 48:46 K:BB in 86.1 innings this year. He lines up to face the Reds on the road early next week.

Germán Márquez - Set for two more rehab starts Manager Bud Black said Wednesday that Marquez (elbow) will make two more rehab starts with Double-A Hartford, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

Impact Marquez struggled heavily in his latest rehab outing at Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday, allowing four earned runs in just two-thirds of an inning and throwing just 33 pitches. The 29-year-old righty was originally slated for just one additional start after Friday, but his abbreviated appearance will cause the Rockies to add another game to his rehab stint, ruling him out for a return to Colorado before the All-Star break. Since restarting his assignment June 12, Marquez has allowed eight earned runs in 8.2 innings while striking out 13 batters and walking three.

Riley Pint - Heads back to Triple-A The Rockies optioned Pint to Triple-A Albuquerque on Wednesday.

Impact Pint made his 2024 debut Saturday, allowing two runs across two-thirds of an inning against the White Sox and will return to the minors without making another appearance. The 26-year-old will yield his spot on the active roster to Peter Lambert. Pint owns a 3.18 ERA across 17 innings with Albuquerque this season.

Impact The right-hander certainly wasn't dominant as he generated just seven whiffs on 83 pitches, but he limited Milwaukee to just a single tally in the second inning. Feltner has now gone at least five frames in each of his past five starts, and he has a 4.18 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 26:7 K:BB across 28 innings during that stretch. For the season, Feltner has a 1-7 record with a 5.82 ERA in 16 outings, with his lone victory coming back in mid-April.

Adael Amador - Activated, optioned to Double-A The Rockies reinstated Amador (oblique) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday and optioned him to Double-A Hartford.

Impact Amador has been playing in rehab games with Hartford while working his way back from a right oblique strain, and he will remain with the Yard Goats now that he's made a full recovery. The 21-year-old went just 6-for-35 (.171) during his first career stint in the majors, and with a .659 OPS through 213 Double-A plate appearances, he clearly still needs more time to develop before he's ready for a more permanent role on the Rockies.
