Yonathan Daza - Two hits, RBI in winDaza went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Wednesday's win over the White Sox.

ImpactDaza singled in the first inning before he ripped an RBI base knock in the second frame, driving in teammate Alan Trejo. The outfielder has now produced multiple hits in six out of seven games since returning from the injured list Sept. 6, batting .444 with a home run, three doubles, six RBI and eight runs scored over those contests. Daza now owns a .312/.359/.393 slash line over 97 games this season.

Elvis Andrus - Two hits, stolen base in lossAndrus went 2-for-4 with a stolen base in Wednesday's 3-0 loss to the Rockies.

ImpactAndrus singled and stole second base in the fifth frame before later adding another base knock in the bottom of the seventh. The stolen base was his 10th of the year and second over his last four games. Since Aug. 27, Andrus has produced multiple hits in 11 out of 17 games, batting .371 with five homers, 16 RBI, 13 runs and two stolen bases over that stretch.

Dylan Cease - Unimpressive versus RockiesCease (14-7) was tagged with the loss after he pitched five innings, giving up three runs on six hits and two walks while striking out eight against the Rockies on Wednesday.

ImpactCease wasn't the best version of himself Wednesday, allowing two runs to score in the second frame before a C.J. Cron single in the fifth inning drove in the final run on his line. The 26-year-old came into the contest having given up just two runs over 23 innings in his last three starts combined, but Wednesday's outing ended his quality start streak at three outings. That being said, Cease still owns an awfully impressive 2.16 ERA and 1.08 WHIP with an eye popping 214 punchouts over 167 innings in 29 starts this season.

Daniel Bard - Claims 30th saveBard earned a save versus the White Sox on Wednesday, striking out three batters over a perfect inning in the 3-0 win.

ImpactBard was called upon with a three-run lead in the bottom of the ninth, getting a three batters he faced to strike out swinging. The save was his 30th of the season and he has now converted five straight opportunities. Overall, Bard is 30-for-33 on save chances and owns a 2.03 ERA and 1.03 WHIP with 58 punchouts over 53.1 frames in 52 appearances this year.

Kyle Freeland - Pitches 6.2 scorelessFreeland (9-9) got the win after he tossed 6.2 scoreless frames, allowing seven hits and three walks while striking out five versus the White Sox on Wednesday.

ImpactFreeland wasn't perfect Wednesday, but he was able to escape any damage against him in the contest, producing a scoreless outing for the first time since July 25. The left-hander has now compiled four consecutive strong outings including back-to-back quality starts, surrendering four runs while striking out 18 batters over 23.1 frames during that span. The hot stretch has lowered his season ERA from 4.93 to 4.43 over 160.1 innings in 28 starts.
