Impact Burnes began his outing with three scoreless frames before the Astros tagged him for two runs in the fourth. Following a 1-2-3 fifth inning, the veteran righty folded in the sixth, giving up five hits -- all singles -- to allow four runners to score. In fact, all eight of the knocks Burnes allowed in the contest were singles, so he wasn't exactly hit hard, though the right-hander gave up too much contact with just six whiffs and two punchouts. He still has a respectable 3.28 ERA on the campaign, but over his past four starts he's uncharacteristically posted an 8.71 ERA over 20.2 frames.
