Riley Greene - Rehab scheduled for FridayGreene (foot) will begin a rehab assignment for Low-A Lakeland on Friday, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.
ImpactGreene appeared to be in line to make his MLB debut as a member of the Tigers' Opening Day roster before fracturing his right foot at the start of April. He was initially given a return timeline of 6-to-8 weeks, but he'll instead be beginning his rehab assignment right at the eight-week mark. He'll likely need a fairly lengthy rehab assignment given the length of his absence, and it's unclear whether or not he'll immediately join the big-league roster once he's fully healthy.

Ryan Kreidler - Expected to return FridayKreidler (hand) is expected to return to the lineup at Triple-A Toledo on Friday, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.
ImpactKreidler underwent surgery to repair a fractured right hand in late April, but he'll return to game action after missing just over a month. The 24-year-old slashed .246/.346/.462 with four homers, 12 RBI, six runs and four stolen bases over 18 games in Toledo prior to his absence. If he performs well after returning to action, Kreidler will likely be in the mix to make his major-league debut at some point in 2022.
