ImpactMorales was one of the more interesting pitching prospects in the 2016 international amateur class, but control issues have caused his prospect pedigree to fade since then. He's managed just a 4.78 ERA in 286 career professional innings, with his 12.9 percent walk rate offsetting a 27.8 percent strikeout rate. A move to the bullpen mitigates those problems to a certain extent, and the fact that he's already on the 40-man roster means he could move quickly. A major-league debut over the summer is very much in play, but he could even break camp in the majors with the Phillies intending to open the season with 15 pitchers on their 28-man roster.
