Wins World Series MVP Freeman was named the World Series MVP after Wednesday's win over the Yankees. Impact Freeman homered in each of the first four games of the series and added a two-RBI single during the Dodgers' rally in the fifth inning of Game 5. He drove in 12 runs in total during the Fall Classic, which made him the obvious choice for MVP, after a rolled ankle had him iffy for the start of the postseason. The 35-year-old is now a two-time World Series champion and eight-time All-Star.
