Impact Pena reached on an error, stole second and scored on a Jose Altuve double in the fifth inning, but that was the only run the Astros could muster. Through nine games in June, Pena has yet to record hits in consecutive contests. He's cooled off to a .270/.322/.449 slash line with eight home runs, five steals, 25 RBI and 24 runs scored in 52 games overall, though he's still seeing a near-everyday role at shortstop.

Framber Valdez - Winning streak snapped Valdez (6-3) took the loss Saturday versus the Marlins, allowing four runs (two earned) on four hits and three walks with six strikeouts in six innings.
Impact The Marlins were able to take advantage of some sloppy defense in the second inning to piece together a three-run rally. Only one of the four runs on Valdez's line came directly off a hit -- a groundout, a fielder's choice and a walk accounted for the others. With this loss, the southpaw saw his five-start winning streak end. He has a 2.64 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 61:28 K:BB through 75 innings in 12 starts this year. Valdez is projected for a home start versus the White Sox next week.

Impact Maldonado snapped a 15 at-bat hitless stretch with a single in the fifth inning, and he followed that up with a double to lead off the eighth frame. He's collected at least one hit in five of his last 10 starts, but is still hitting only .206 with three RBI and four runs scored in that span. Overall, Maldonado has just a .215 wOBA and 39 wRC+ across 149 plate appearances on the season.

Kyle Tucker - Productive in Friday's loss Tucker went 1-for-4 with a walk, a home run, two RBI and a stolen base in Friday's 7-4 loss to the Marlins.
