Simply punished for his mistakes, Flaherty was taken deep multiple times in a start for the first time in 2020. Tuesday also marked his first 2020 outing in which he gave up more than three runs. Impact Flaherty got into trouble in both the first and third innings, and Willson Contreras singles accounted for all three runs against him. The 25-year-old righty now has a 2.95 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 21:6 K:BB across 21.1 innings this season.
