Advancing in throwing program DeGrom (shoulder) will progress to an "up-and-down" bullpen session Friday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Impact Following Tuesday's 30-pitch bullpen session, deGrom said "everything feels good" and that "hopefully" it won't be too much longer before he is able to return to game action. This was his fourth bullpen session since beginning mound work and the up-and-down session will be a little closer to recreating a game environment.
