Swats second homer McNeil went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Red Sox.

Impact He took Garret Richards deep in the second inning, his second blast of the year, to give the Mets an early lead but the team's offense went cold after that. McNeil has yet to heat up at the plate and is still looking for his first multi-hit game of the season, but he's shown some flickers of life by hitting .237 (9-for-38) over his last 12 games with a homer and two doubles.
