Slugs 19th homer Winker went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk Tuesday against the Padres.

Impact Winker took Nabil Crismatt yard in the fifth inning to record his 19th homer of the season. Winker has shown no negative effects since suffering a minor injury Saturday, doubling and homering in two starts since. This performance continued what has been a breakout season for Winker, as he's maintained a .324/.402/.596 line with 48 RBI and 55 runs scored across 311 plate appearances.

Impact Winker left Saturday's game against Atlanta with a bruised right hip, but he didn't seem concerned with the issue. He didn't start Sunday's game but did draw a walk off the bench. He'll be involved from the start this time around and will look to build on his excellent .325/.401/.590 season slash line.

Impact Winker exited Saturday's game with a right hip contusion, but said after the game that he was "fine." The outfielder will still get at least the beginning portion of the series finale off and it's to be seen if he could be available off the bench.
